Job Title: Operations Specialist
Role Overview
The Operations Specialist at plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operational processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across business functions. This role is responsible for handling transaction processing, data management, and operational support to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile daily transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Support operational workflows including account maintenance, documentation, and reporting
Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and client inquiries
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, client services) to support business operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2–4 years of experience in operations, banking, or financial services
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with operational systems a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Attributes
Knowledge of financial products and services
Experience with transaction processing or reconciliation
