Base pay range: $23.60/yr - $36.90/yr

YOUR ROLE As the full‑time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader’s go‑to in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into great merchants delivering AEO brand visual standards every day. Through your leadership, your team always nails floorset execution, rocks merchandising and marketing brand standards, and ensures the store is always “guest ready” through effective replenishment. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

Drive sales—maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reporting, and devise short‑ and long‑term business plans to hit KPIs.

Lead merchandising—coach the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, adjust sell‑through, and replenish.

People leader—motivate, inspire, hold the team accountable to AEO customer service standards, and model AEO core values.

Recruit & train—hire strong talent, staff the store to business needs, and develop associates to provide outstanding service.

Operational innovator—execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and keep fitting rooms guest‑ready.

Integrity—maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to policies, and always do the right thing.

You'd Be Great For This Role If

Pay/Benefits Information

Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.

Subject to eligibility, associates may receive health care benefits (medical, vision, dental), wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement, life and disability insurance, employee stock purchase program, paid time off, paid sick leave, and parental leave and benefits.
