Position Title: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Hybrid In Cleveland OH – flexible
Role: Contract to Hire

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real‑Time Marketing. The role focuses on creating and optimizing email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation strategies. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical execution in email design, data‑driven optimization, and journey orchestration within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Email Marketing Execution
Design responsive, branded email templates using approved layouts and guidelines.
Implement personalization and dynamic content to drive engagement.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls to action.
Ensure deliverability, compliance, and adherence to GDPR and CAN‑SPAM standards.
Journey Design & Automation
Build and manage real‑time customer journeys using triggers, segments, and rules.
Partner with CRM Operations to define journey objectives and conversion metrics.
Test journey logic, flow, and timing to ensure seamless user experiences.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on analytics.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with CRM Operations and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives.
Stay current with Dynamics 365 features, marketing automation trends, and compliance updates.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on email marketing and automation.
2+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Real‑Time Marketing preferred).
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, personalization, and segmentation strategies.
Proficiency with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Excellent written communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM).
Experience with other marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
