The role involves deploying customer care applications, supporting cloud migrations, and ensuring the stability and performance of multi‑tier architecture systems.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of software development experience using C#, .NET, and/or Java technologies
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms
Strong understanding of multi‑tier architecture applications
Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Solid grasp of network concepts
Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Case, Problem, and Change Management
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Linux/Unix Shell for automating middleware maintenance
Good‑to‑Have Skills
Knowledge of FTP concepts
Experience with Control‑M or similar scheduling tools
