Job Overview
Little Palm Island Resort and Spa offers a unique, vacation‑style resort experience consisting of 15 private bungalows, a spa, a boutique, a bar lounge, and a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The resort is a luxury private island destination dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable escape.
Responsibilities
Assist guests in enjoying their stay, exceeding expectations and providing a memorable experience.
Welcome guests with a friendly, energetic and professional manner.
Coordinate excursions, reservations, and other guest requests to create a one‑of‑a‑kind getaway.
Support the Resort Services Manager and assist the Resort Services team as needed.
Qualifications
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
High energy, attention to detail, and a big smile.
Efficient, observant, personable, and able to multi‑task and delegate as required.
Solutions‑oriented with a positive outlook.
