Job Overview Work in paradise. This role provides guests with a memorable Little Palm experience. Your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be a major part of our guests’ stay, ensuring they get the most out of their visit.
Responsibilities
Welcome and farewell guests upon arrival and departure.
Act as a knowledgeable resource to resolve guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Complete the daily concierge checklist to ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Execute nightly turndown service with attention to detail and consistency.
Actively walk the property, engage with guests, and provide onsite recommendations or assistance as needed.
Upsell resort amenities and experiences to enhance the guest stay, with commissionable earning opportunities.
Collaborate with the Guest Services team by providing support during peak periods and team member breaks.
Remain knowledgeable of all current and upcoming resort activities, local attractions, dining recommendations.
Create guest itineraries.
Qualifications We’re looking for team members who are outgoing and thrive on providing an amazing experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, high energy, and is comfortable spending time outside in Florida’s sunshine (and sometimes rain) during day and evening shifts. Attention to detail, a big smile, efficiency, observance, positivity, and a “can do” attitude are essential.
