Head Coach – Lead / Top Rope (Sport)
We are seeking a full-time Head Coach for Lead/Top Rope to support our competitive climbing program. This role combines coaching, route setting, and light administrative responsibilities and works under the direction of the Program Director.
Responsibilities
Coach Team CRG Atlanta’s Elite and Summit competitive teams (15 hours per week), along with competitions and training camps
Build and implement Lead and Top Rope training plans under the supervision of the Program Director
Provide athlete feedback and support long-term development and competition preparation
Route setter for the program one day per week (7–8 hours)
Collaborate with other Head Coaches on program management and planning
Assist with communication with athlete families as needed
Support occasional administrative duties related to the competitive program
25–30 total hours per week of coaching, setting, and administrative work
Opportunity to add commercial route setting hours
Requirements
Competitive Coaching and Route Setting Experience Required.
