Training Specialist – Jacksonville, Fl Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Training Specialist for a project engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Description:

Will support the record keeping and traceability of training documentation including attendance forms and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

Provides support from the training area during audits/inspections.

Provide training content guidance and support to JJV Franchise and sites.

Leads projects of low complexity.

Work with cross‑functional groups to create procedures and / or collaborate in relation to the training processes administration of training curricula, training registers, training within an industry, OP Cert, archive, external regulatory agencies, operator certification, audit processes etc.

Executes any other activity as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills i>mnd

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Previous experience with ComplianceWire, Agile, or QUMAS is a plus

Communication skills
