Oversee the inside sales process, including reviewing sales orders, quotes, and inquiries Support, track, and measure all inside sales initiatives and monitor sales delivery plans Research and prepare sales orders and quotes based on customer specifications Train associates in sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures Resolve customer service issues related to product availability, pricing, and delivery What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field, with proven experience managing inside sales teams Strong understanding of inside sales operations and business development strategies Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems and data analytics for sales performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales talent How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
