Salary: Up to $115,000 Annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality resident care.
Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare‑associated infections.
Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications
Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long term care experience is required.
License Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
