We are looking to add to our Phenomenal Team of clinical leaders, who are experienced and have knowledge in the principals of (ABA), Social Skills, (DTT), (PRT), Verbal Behavior, and PECS for the West Los Angeles region.
Position Summary
Be a leader within our company.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Administer assessments
Program design and implementation of home, school, and clinic-based ABA programs
Assist leaders bring out new cases, create data sheets, binders, and program materials
Lead clinical meetings with graphed data and revise goals as necessary
Complete and look over assessments
Participate in Adaptive Skills Team Meetings with parents. Provide parent education
Create, review and update google drive of AS cases, and provide feedback to tutors
Ability to produce an objective/comprehensive assessment and treatment plan that describes specific levels of behaviors at baseline and subsequent treatment goals
Ensure that a Client Service Agreement is present in the office prior to beginning each case
Must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations
Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to direct support professionals (e.g., collecting reliability data on programs and assessments, monitoring treatment integrity)
Call for and finalize Adaptive Skills reports and submit to Regional Center
Work with Human resources to interview and provide hiring needs.
Send out at least 3 parent memos per week highlighting client progress
Bring any therapist concerns to leaders/Team Relations
Conduct research for Adaptive Skills cases
Organize program development that has been created for Adaptive Skills programs
Conduct pro bono meet/greets with new clients
Bill 30 hours of clinical work
Attend any and all internal/external meetings prepared and on time
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related human services field
At least two (2) years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism or other developmental disabilities
Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting
Ability to provide TB clearance
Access to reliable transportation, and ability to provide automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license
Please note, if your position requires direct school support or supervision, many schools are implementing vaccine mandates and requiring that staff be vaccinated
BCBA Certification is preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements Due to the active and physical nature of this position, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, run, and speak articulately in order to effectively perform in this position.
