Perform initial and ongoing respiratory assessments
Optimize ventilator management, settings, and weaning protocols
Deliver chest physiotherapy, airway clearance techniques, aerosolized therapies, and non‑invasive ventilation
Interpret arterial blood gases, monitor trends, and adjust plans with physicians and the care team
Participate in rounds, document care plans and progress, ensuring evidence‑based standards compliance
Educate patients and families about therapies, devices, and discharge planning
Support infection prevention through asepsis and equipment cleaning routines
Compensation and Benefits
Weekly pay range $1,859‑$1,975
Contract length measured in weeks with extension opportunities
