Shift Managers for Opening, Day, and Closing Shifts
We are seeking Shift Managers with prior McDonald’s management experience who are able to work opening and/or closing shifts. Pay starts at
$18 per hour
for full availability and
$17 per hour
for limited availability. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your schedule.

Requirements
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next shift manager.
Meet targets and help departments reach their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to manage at our corporate‑owned restaurants.
