Job Summary
The Compliance Communication Analyst supports the firm’s regulatory and supervisory obligations by monitoring, analyzing, and managing electronic communications to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. This role partners closely with financial professionals and internal stakeholders to provide technology support, education, and oversight related to approved communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Run, generate, and analyze reports across multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and potential compliance concerns related to electronic communications.
Provide technology support and troubleshooting for social media provisioning, encrypted email accounts, and supervisory email review systems, including new user access setup.
Monitor, research, and track instances of off-channel communications, document findings, and elevate issues to management as appropriate.
Educate financial professionals on confidentiality requirements and best practices for transmitting client information through approved communication channels.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and supervisory procedures for both internal associates and external financial professionals.
Organize and maintain departmental resources, including spreadsheets, databases, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities, promote best practices, and enhance operational efficiency.
Serve as a knowledge resource and mentor within the department by providing training, coaching, answering questions, and supporting communications training tracking.
What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in compliance, supervision, or operational support within the financial services industry. They possess an understanding of electronic communications oversight, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory expectations, and are comfortable analyzing data and reports to identify trends and potential risks. This individual is customer-focused, technologically proficient, and able to clearly educate and support financial professionals while consistently demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
Salary Range $55,000-65,000. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on the candidate’s qualifications and the company’s operational needs. Actual compensation may vary.
