Master's Level Preservation Therapist

We are assisting a well-respected agency in their search for a full-time family preservation therapist to see clients in McComb and Natchez, MS. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated, professional team that values an inclusive and respectful culture.
Job Responsibilities
Works in collaboration with CPS, the Program team, and family to address mental health service needs
Collaborates with the case manager in the development of the Crisis Management Plan
Completes programmatic assessments, initial clinical goals, objectives and interventions for the case plan
Completes weekly case plan reviews, monitors, and documents progress toward service goals
Implements clinical treatment interventions based on the case plan and individualized needs of the family
Assists in the development and coordination of a discharge/aftercare plan
Available to the family and provides 24/7 crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required
Mental health Certification (PCMHT or CMHT) and/or license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) within 30 days of employment
Must have at least two years of clinical experience working with children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and families with complex needs
Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and be willing to use a personal vehicle for community-based visits.
