PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a youth therapist to work full‑time in Olive Branch, MS. Youth will have a serious mental health or behavioral health condition. The therapist will provide 100% of services in the community.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field required
Mental health Certification (PCMHT or CMHT) and/or license (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFTA) within 30 days of employment
Must have at least two years clinical experience working with children and youth with serious emotional disturbances and families with complex needs
Must have a valid driver license, a good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for organization business

Responsibilities
Deliver all mental health services (e.g., individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, substance abuse treatment, etc.).
Complete all required clinical assessments.
Responsible for the clinical oversight and clinical interventions related to the crisis management plan, the individualized service plan and Wrap‑Around Meetings in coordination with the Primary Service Coordinator.
Provide targeted clinical interventions based on the identified youth’s needs through the various assessments and plans.
Complete required assessments and case documentation for each individual in a timely manner and within program requirements.
Provide around the clock support for the child/family through on‑call services.
