As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting construction and telecom integration efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and production teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and resolve problems.
Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, ensuring a high-performing team environment.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or telecom project management.
Experience with fiber optic network installation, design interpretation, and multi-discipline project coordination.
Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
