Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr.

Job location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (in‑office 3 days per week).

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 8‑10 BDRs, ensuring consistent performance against monthly quotas.

Oversee daily activities and quota performance, coaching on objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening.

Build scalable outreach playbooks and experiment with outreach methods to generate qualified meetings.

Collaborate with sales and marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives.

Analyze outreach cadences and Salesforce reports to refine messaging.

Own hiring and onboarding of additional BDRs.

Foster strong relationships with leadership across departments.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B SaaS sales development experience, with 2 years in a management role.

Proven record of building, scaling, and leading S/BDR teams that deliver qualified pipeline.

Strong understanding of outbound strategy, lead qualification, and buyer engagement in a SaaS sales motion.

Data‑driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics and optimize team output.

Excellent communication and coaching skills with a bias toward action and measurable results.
