If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
Managing Crew
Quality Food Production
Exceptional Customer Service
Safety and Security
Scheduling
Training
Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. The candidate should be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and the passion to work in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
