Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards, while monitoring safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them to run a great shift. Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Food Safety; Internal Communication; Inventory Management; Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness; Managing Crew, scheduling & training; Quality Food Production; Exceptional Customer Service; Safety and Security. Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment. You must be 18 years or older for this position. Additional Information & Benefits
