Job Description:
Understands facility department processes, assesses workflows, identifies gaps, and defines changes for new solutions.
Designs, builds, and configures modules and supporting applications, maintaining system documentation and process steps.
Creates test scripts for end‑to‑end workflow testing, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents outcomes.
Stays updated on industry trends and system updates to ensure current knowledge.
Ensures software modifications and upgrades meet system specifications and organizational standards.
Follows standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases, documenting system upgrades and new system releases.
Leads cross‑functional projects using project management skills, tools, and methodologies.
Communicates project status, issues, end‑user concerns, budget, and milestones effectively.
Participates in and leads meetings, reporting status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and barriers to management.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Epic, third‑party solutions and Microsoft products.
Develops collaborative relationships with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
Troubleshoots issues, initiates escalation procedures, and recommends resolutions.
Qualification Requirements:
Associate (Required)
EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range:
$83,699.48 – $155,693.55
