Job Description Provides consultative support to HR Business Partners in developing facility and system-wide strategic workforce plans. Analyzes workforce data to forecast the impact of demographic shifts and external factors on workforce needs. Predicts new roles and competencies required to meet future organizational demands. Performs gap analysis between current talent supply and future talent demand. Recommends strategies to close talent gaps through building, buying, or borrowing talent. Develops methodologies for supply/demand workforce forecast models. Monitors and measures the effectiveness of workforce strategies. Prepares reports and presentations on workforce trends, forecasts, and demographic profiles. Facilitates the implementation of workforce strategies across multidisciplinary functions. Collaborates with recruitment teams to align operational strategy with recruitment needs. Oversees partnerships with Master Service Providers to ensure alignment with business goals. Provides consulting services for workforce initiatives across regions or within facilities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor's (Required), Master's, Strategic Workforce Planning Certification (SWP) - Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $83,699.48 - $155,693.55
