family. The Mid-Level Supervisor partners with the family unit to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in the school, home, and community settings to advance the goals prioritized by the family and BCBA.
Summary Reporting to a BCBA, the Mid-Level Supervisor collaborates with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model. Alongside the BCBA, the supervisor coordinates and provides ABA services to exceed the expectations of the family unit, while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the company.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Enrollment / Acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed) preferred
1+ years of ABA experience
Must have reliable transportation
Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
Physical demands – may require lifting or moving approximately 50 lbs, and standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling for extended periods
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Salary: $28 – $34 per hour
