Summary The Mid‑Level Supervisor partners with the family unit to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in school, home, and community settings to advance goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. Reporting to a BCBA, the supervisor collaborates with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model. Together they coordinate and provide ABA services to exceed the expectations of the family unit while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the company.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Enrollment / acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed) preferred
1+ years of ABA experience
Reliable transportation
Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
Physical demands: may need to lift ~50 lbs. and maintain various postures for extended periods
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
