Position Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the companys customer base, increasing revenue, and building strategic relationships within the aerospace and MRO industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and MRO markets Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership Continuously identify areas for process and product improvement Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in aerospace parts sales or business development Strong network within MROs, OEMs, and aviation supply chains Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects Self‑starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset Base salary of $90,000$105,000, commensurate with experience Performance‑based bonuses and commissions Health, dental, and vision insurance options Career advancement opportunities in a high‑growth company
