What You’ll Do As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be involved in the entire sales process from first contact to delivery:
Work retail customers, appointments, internet leads, and walk-ins
Build rapport, assess needs, and present both new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct test drives and professional vehicle walk-arounds
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
Deliver an
elite customer experience
that drives strong customer satisfaction scores
Work closely with management to structure and close deals
Be accountable to the process and to your teammates

Experience We’re Looking For
Retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Automotive sales experience
not required
We are open to experienced car sales professionals, but mindset matters more than résumé
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
Background check required; clean driving record preferred
Training & Support We invest in our people.
$2,500 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months
while you learn
Manufacturer training and certifications (Nissan & Mitsubishi)
Ongoing coaching from an engaged management team
Desk support and deal-closing help every day
We don’t get paid if you don’t get paid — our job is to help you succeed.
Pay & Incentives Income varies based on performance and effort:
Monthly earnings typically range from
$2,500 to $15,000+
Commission-based pay after training period
Volume spiffs, customer satisfaction bonuses, and manufacturer incentives
This is a performance-based career with
no ceiling .
Schedule
Full-time only
5 days per week
Approximately 50 hours per week
