Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking a QA Lead to join their team. As a QA Lead, you will be part of the Software Quality team supporting strategic Business Transformation Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
QA Lead Location: Grand Rapids, MI (On-site)
Pay Range: $46.54
What's the Job?
Take ownership to ensure test deliverables meet standards, quality practices, and end-user requirements for IT projects and programs.
Coordinate within and across teams to develop test strategies, plans, timelines, and ensure alignment on test execution.
Build test scenarios, test cases, test data, and other quality-related deliverables in collaboration with various teams.
Facilitate the development of comprehensive test plans and ensure test data is prepared and available for execution.
Coordinate and facilitate test execution, bug lifecycle management, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading software testing projects and teams.
Expertise in software testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.
Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-team efforts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and familiarity with related practices.
