The Materials Coordinator I manages the flow of aircraft parts and related materials to support Sun Country Maintenance activities. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, stocking, issuing, security, cycle counting, and proper disposal of all aircraft parts and related materials. Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Ship outgoing materials and retain shipping documentation; file hazardous shipment documents electronically. Receive all incoming materials. Monitor loans, borrows and exchanges; process returns and ensure cores meet contract return requirements. Communicate order receiving discrepancies to the Buyer/Repair Coordinator for resolution. Issue materials in accordance with policy and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy. Tag and identify returned parts as serviceable or unserviceable. Perform cycle counts. Return parts to stock per policy and procedures. Administer and track material allocated to outstations, fly‑away kits, COMAT, consignment inventory and off‑site storage facilities. Store parts properly to prevent damage and contamination. Remove monthly shelf‑life expired items from inventory. Maintain current Safety Data Sheet files. Conduct tasks safely and efficiently, complying with all safety and health regulations and internal policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

High School diploma Valid driver’s license required Must obtain MSP SIDA badge Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Work independently without supervision Read, write and understand English Strong oral and written communication and problem‑solving skills Uniform provided by SCA Work variety of hours, including weekdays and weekends; rotation 12‑hour day or evening shift, four days on and four days off; subject to change based on operational requirements. Preferred Qualifications

Two years of previous experience with inventory control and warehouse operations Compensation

$21.50 per hour. This is the base compensation range for this role. Classification

Job performed in a hangar and stockroom with dust and noise from airport operations; inclement weather conditions may apply. Physical Demands
