What You'll Be Doing Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics
Support safe and efficient plant operations during the 2nd shift
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols
What Are We Looking For Willingness to learn mechanical systems and repair techniques
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands of the Job Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
What We Offer Starting Pay $21.20 per hour DOE
