Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors.
Process deposits and final project payments.
Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management.
Provide general clerical and administrative support.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership.
