FedEx is seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Warehouse Workers to join our early morning operations team. Load, unload, sort, and scan packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment Safely handle packages of varying sizes and weights following FedEx safety standards Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors (training provided) Ensure accurate sorting and routing of shipments according to destination codes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull packages up to specified weight limits Basic reading and number recognition skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols Dependable, punctual, and committed to attendance requirements Experience
Entry-level position; no prior warehouse or logistics experience required Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or physical labor is a plus but not mandatory On-the-job training will be provided to all new hires Working Hours
Early morning shift, typically starting in the pre-dawn hours Part-time or full-time schedules may be available depending on location and business needs Overtime may be offered during peak seasons Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
