Responsibilities
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output in all production tasks
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
Efficiently manages multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production setting
Follows verbal and written instructions with precision
Experienced in performing bindery operations under the guidance of a team leader
Communicates clearly with production and manufacturing teams to maintain efficient workflow
Possesses basic computer skills; familiarity with PSI software is an asset
Maintains accurate, complete records for daily production activities and data tracking
Consistently meets or exceeds company standards for safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Knowledgeable in ISO procedures and work instructions; accurately completes required forms and checklists
Comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends, and assist other departments as needed
Proactively takes on additional tasks to support production objectives
Actively participates in team and company meetings
Assists with the training and onboarding of new and temporary employees
Maintains a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
Able to push and pull loaded pallet jacks and rolling carts
Regularly lifts to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds
Effectively communicates job-specific details and shift updates to ensure smooth handoffs between shifts
Required Experience
High School Graduate/GED
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating 3 core machines in a printing environment.
