Responsibilities
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in production and quality control processes
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a team
Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Accurately follows written and verbal instructions
Communicates clearly and effectively with manufacturing and operations teams
Possesses basic computer proficiency; experience with PSI and/or Prestige software is an advantage
Consistently maintains accurate and complete daily production documentation
Dedicated to meeting company and departmental standards, including customer requirements, compliance, safety, and quality
Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions; experienced in completing required forms and checklists
Comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends, and assist other departments as needed
Proactively takes on additional responsibilities to support production objectives
Actively participates in departmental and company-wide meetings
Supports the training and onboarding of new and temporary employees
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Experience
High School Graduate/GED
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating a cutter (experience with Saber cutters preferred) in a commercial printing environment.
