Here Is What You Will Be Doing
Greet all customers promptly and professionally
Determine the customer’s primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs at time of write up
Offer a multipoint inspection and a technician video to every customer
Provide electronic estimates, with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind
Provide status updates on a regular basis
Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
Other duties as assigned
Here Is What You Will Need
A minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience required
A CSI focused mindset
A proven track record of GP, ELR & hours per RO
A clear understanding of providing a high‑line guest experience
High school diploma/GED required
Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test
Valid driver’s license
