Job Summary Maintenance Technician I/II at Williams, Tulsa, OK. Full‑time on‑site role in the Oil and Gas sector. Perform day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems for the headquarters building. Focus on safety and building operations knowledge.

Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician II

Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Respond to tenant requests in a courteous and efficient manner and report unresolved issues to leaders.

Take readings on equipment regularly, analyze readings, and make adjustments as needed.

Maintain and operate chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.

Resolve problems with building fire and energy management systems.

Inspect and test elevators, fire pumps, generators, carbon monoxide sensors, and other facility equipment.

Other duties as assigned.

Inspect and test elevators, fire pumps, generators, carbon monoxide sensors, and other facility equipment.

Other duties as assigned.

Education / Years of Experience – Maintenance Technician II

Required: Two (2) year degree from Vocational/Technical/Business school or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; minimum of three (3) years experience in the HVAC industry to include installation, repair or maintenance.

Education / Years of Experience – Maintenance Technician I

Required: High School Diploma/GED and six (6) month’s related experience or an Associate’s/Technical school degree.

Physical & Environmental Work Requirements

Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces.

Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed.

Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time.

Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE.

Use hand tools.

Shift / Work Hours / Travel Requirements

Must be willing to work after hours, on‑call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed.

Examples of rotating shifts include:

Weekends 7 pm–7 am and Thurs. and Fri. 3 pm–11 pm

Weekends 7 am–7 pm and Mon. and Tues. 3 pm–11 pm

Mon.–Fri. 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, 11 pm–7 am

May be required to work overtime.

Other Requirements

Must have Mechanical journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma, a State Boiler Operator license, and a first class limited Engineer’s license.

Must possess EPA refrigerant certification.

Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority.

Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills.

This role includes work performed within a facility regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Accordingly, successful completion of a background investigation conducted through the FDIC is required as a condition for obtaining an additional access badge. Additional screening measures may also apply.
