Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional, timely, and helpful manner Listening carefully to customers' needs and guiding them to effective solutions Accurately logging call details and updating records in internal systems Following structured scripts and procedures while remaining adaptable and empathetic Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet call quality and performance standards Supporting other administrative tasks related to customer service when needed What You Bring to the Team
Clear and confident verbal communication skills A friendly, calm, and professional phone manner Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service systems (training provided) Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required Why You’ll Love Working Here
