Log call details accurately into our system and follow up where needed
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Stay up to date on products, services, and internal processes to deliver top-notch support

What Were Looking For:
A clear, confident, and warm phone manner
Great listening and communication skills you know how to make people feel understood
The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
Comfortable using computers and navigating customer service software
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is helpful but not required we provide full training!
