About the Role
Are you a people person who loves to solve problems and create memorable customer experiences? As a Customer Service Representative at Everglade Works, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will play a vital role in supporting our clients, helping them get the most out of our products and services, and ensuring they have a smooth experience every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions
Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Assist customers with product-related questions, technical support, and service inquiries
Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in our CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved
Work closely with the technical support team to escalation and resolve more complex issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer input and experiences
Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance metrics
You'll Excel in This Role If You
Have 1+ years of experience in a customer service role (ideally in a tech environment)
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Are solution-oriented with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Have a positive, friendly demeanor that helps build rapport with customers
Are comfortable using customer service software and CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
Are a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage your time effectively
Are passionate about providing top-tier customer experiences and making a difference for clients
Bonus: Familiarity with technical support or experience in the tech industry
