Compensation Pay: Up to $53,000 Average Total Compensation Bonus based on Store Performance, Profit Sharing on average of $1000.00.

Job Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including food operations and maintaining a safe environment.

Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees.

Promote store profitability while maintaining brand standards and executing marketing programs.

Control expenses, manage inventory levels, and prevent shortages.

Adhere to and enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures.

Complete computer-based training for newly hired employees.

Complete ServSafe Training and become certified.

Undergo 4–6 weeks of Food and Beverage training and 4–6 weeks of Retail operations training.

Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience and ensure customers come first.

Maximize store sales and profits through pride, enthusiasm, and determination within established budgets.

Lead team members to create an open and inviting atmosphere for all customers.

Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure the right people are in the store to meet customer needs.
