As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, welcoming guests, managing reception duties, maintaining the front desk area, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain records to ensure the smooth operation of day‑to‑day activities.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to ensure smooth communication and organization.
