Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to join their team. As a Operations Technology Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting factory floor and administrative IT systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Maintain and enhance in‑house IT systems to support manufacturing and administrative operations.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize hardware, software, and network components onsite.
Provide technical support for multimedia devices and other IT equipment used in the factory environment.
Manage system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and ensure compliance with policies.
Collaborate with factory personnel and leadership to implement new IT initiatives and improve existing systems.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least five years of relevant experience, or an associate degree in a related technical field with at least three years of experience.
Knowledge of PC hardware, LAN operations, Windows OS, and office IT tools such as Microsoft Office 365.
Experience with database design, manufacturing control systems, and infrastructure automation is preferred.
Ability to manage network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
