What You’ll Do
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with plant standards
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems
Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a team‑driven environment
