Job Summary We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
with strong
electrical troubleshooting experience
to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining
CNC machines, lathes, and mechanical presses , along with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair
CNC machines, warm forge presses, and industrial equipment
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
Maintain and repair
AC/DC drives, servo motors, and PLC-controlled systems
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Read and interpret
electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints
Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years
of hands-on maintenance experience in a
manufacturing or production environment
Strong experience with
CNC machines and mechanical presses
Proficiency with
PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens preferred), AC/DC drives, and servo motors
Solid electrical troubleshooting skills (mechanical experience a plus)
Ability to work
3rd shift
and overtime as needed
Preferred Skills
Industrial automation and controls experience
Preventive and predictive maintenance background
Strong communication and basic computer skills
Additional Information
On-site role at the Fort Wayne manufacturing facility
No relocation assistance provided
Candidates must be willing to work an overnight shift full-time
