Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
The Back Office Coordinator I is responsible for assisting the Back Office Coordinator II and Receptionist with daily activities.
Essential Job Functions
Back up for preparing, auditing, and distributing of the daily executive report
Back up for processing metal pricing updates and maintain metal pricing tables
Back up to run monthly customer statements
Back up to Receptionist, answer phones, and manage the front desk
Customer portal administration of assigned customer accounts, including uploading invoices and extracting customer purchase orders
Review and maintain accounts receivable for portal accounts
Process advanced shipping notifications (ASN) and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders for portal customers
Process all types of credits and debits, including billing adjustments, miscellaneous credits, and return material authorizations (RMAs)
Accurately enter necessary information into corporate databases
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements
Associates degree and 3 years related work experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Must be able to work in a fast-paced global environment and multi-task with impeccable attention to detail, while maintaining a high level of precision
Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines
Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change
Operational mindset and solid customer service instincts
Ability to work with basic math calculations
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to develop an understanding of Indium Corporation products, services, and pricing structure
Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities
Shift/Site Monday-Friday/Office Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm/301 Woods Park Drive, Clinton, NY
WAGE DISCLOSURE The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$16.50 per hour - $21.00 per hour
($34,000 - $43,500 annually)
