in Shaker Heights, Edgewater, and future communities as we grow in the Cleveland area.
Boiler experience preferred.
Pay and Benefits
$24-27/hour, paid weekly
Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation

Responsibilities
Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
Preventative maintenance
Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
Eligible to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license
Personal, insured mode of transportation
Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
Safely utilize power tools
Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
