$24-27/hour, paid weekly Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation Medical, dental, vision, and life benefits with employer contribution Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time 401(k) match Professional development reimbursement Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities
Turnovers/make-readies Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC Preventative maintenance Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements
Eligible to work in the United States Valid driver’s license Personal, insured mode of transportation Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance Safely utilize power tools Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases Birgo’s Values
