Warehouse Associate/Reach Truck Operator
The role of the Warehouse Associate is to support Assembly and Sales by completing the following duties: Responsibilities
Operation of Forklift & Reach Truck Receive incoming packages, log and distribute accordingly Verify goods received, match receiving paperwork for raw materials Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, dispose daily all garbage and recyclables, ensure aisles are clear, remove trash or empty pallets, report potential issues to management Process daily returns to inventory accurately, including counting verification and putaway Process daily putaway of finished goods timely and accurately Perform routine cycle counting of open goods, verifying items against the cycle count report and ensuring accurate inventory records Stage daily production batches pulling material with the shortest expiration date following FIFO; accurately count open packing and issue inventory to jobs while staging to avoid delays Assist drivers with loading/unloading incoming and outgoing freight & orders Resolve warehouse and inventory issues with research and resolution independently Assist outbound order prep, including picking, relabeling, wrapping, dimensions, weight, and staging Ensure all forklifts are charged and in working order at all times; weekly water level checks and daily inspections must be completed Use required PPE and follow company safety guidelines
