Job Description:
Purpose: The Production Deck Operator is responsible for various tasks related to the preparation and processing of production batches under the guidance of the Deck Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare packaging materials for production batches.
Add dry and solvent materials to production batches as required.
Sample materials and deliver them to the lab for testing.
Accurately fill containers to the specified weights as indicated on batch tickets.
Create and affix appropriate labels to packaging containers.
Move finished products to the warehouse (FG1 location).
Complete applicable sections of batch sheets.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the deck tank area.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Deck Lead.

Filters
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): PPE requirements vary by task; refer to specific work instructions.
Process Hazards: Hazards depend on the task; refer to specific work instructions.
Qualifications:
Operators in this role may range from "A" to "C" status based on knowledge of job functions, additional plant knowledge, level of cross-training, and job performance.
Specialized Safety Training:
Hazardous waste accumulation, labeling, and packaging
Forklift training
Line break training

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
