Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at KAO, you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. $1,000 sign‑on bonus
Paid $500 after 6 months and another $500 after 12 months of continuous full‑time employment

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Ensure correct parts and quantities at every step (inventory accuracy)
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
Can work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
Willing to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperature varies by season)
Forklift or other warehouse equipment experience is preferred but not required
