Airgas is hiring a Local CDL Driver in Dacono, CO. The Local CDL B Delivery Driver plays the crucial role of connecting our company and our valued customers. This position is about more than driving; it’s about being a vital part of a professional and supportive team, ensuring our customers get the essential gases and supplies they need to keep their businesses running.

Key Schedule and Compensation

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm with alternating on-call weekends

Pay begins at $26-$27 per hour

Excellent benefits after 30 days

What You'll Do:

Serve as a Customer Ambassador, driving an established route to deliver compressed gas cylinders and related products, handling orders, resolving service complaints, and building strong relationships.

Maintain safety and efficiency by loading, transporting, and unloading products from company‑provided trucks while adhering to all DOT and company regulations.

Perform routine maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and ready for daily routes.

Handle physical demands, routinely lifting 25‑75 lbs (up to 125+ lbs with material‑handling equipment) and frequently bending, walking, standing, and driving up to 8 hours a day with hazardous cargo.

What You'll Bring:

At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable under DOT requirements within the last 5 years, or a recent graduate from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive attitude are a plus.

Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat upon contingency of offer.

Clean Motor Vehicle Record and at least 21 years of age.

Physical capability and stamina for safe delivery and handling of products, lifting 25‑75 lbs routinely (up to 125+ lbs with equipment).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and read or comprehend material safety data sheets.
